The Trade Show is located in the South Building of the TCC (Halls ABC)

Trade Show Set-Up:
Monday, March 30, 2020 – 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Trade Show Open:

Tuesday, March 31, 2020 – 11:00 am – 5:30 pm
Trade Show Happy Hour – 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Wednesday, April 1, 2020 – 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
Trade Show Tear-Down to follow (completed by 6:00 pm)

*If a company/individual wishes to pay by wire transfer, they are responsible to pay all fees related to the wire transfer.

Two exhibitor passes are included per 10×10 booth
Exhibitor Passes Include:

  • Lunch both days
  • Tuesday Trade Show Happy Hour
  • Leadership Dinner / Tuesday Motown Dinner not included

Shipping & Loading Dock

All advance shipping should arrive to Freeman Décor Services. Materials will not be accepted by the venue or the Convention. Please see details below to arrange for shipping!

The loading dock is located at the back of the South Building near Halls ABC.  Please use the Martin Grove Rd. entrance to access the Loading Dock – see map for details.

 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and a credit card is required to guarantee. Full payment is due January 15, 2020. Applications submitted after January 15, 2020 must include full payment for booth space. A deposit must be paid in order for your booth to be considered confirmed. No refund of payment will be made after March 1, 2020. If we have not received payment by January 15, 2020 the credit card we have on file will be charged.

Please note there may be companies soliciting our participants by offering to book their hotel rooms for Together We Care (TWC). TWC has no arrangement with any external organizations and we recommend you book directly with the hotels. Companies who have contacted our participants in the past are:
