TRADE SHOW HOURS

The Trade Show is located in the South Building of the TCC (Halls ABC)

Trade Show Set-Up:
Monday, March 22, 2021 – 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Trade Show Open:

Tuesday, March 23, 2021 – 11:00 am – 5:30 pm
Exhibitor Lunch – 11:00 am – 11:30 am
Delegate Lunch – 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
Trade Show Happy Hour – 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Wednesday, March 24, 2021 – 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
Break – 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Exhibitor Lunch – 11:30 am – 12:00 pm
Delegate Lunch – 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

Trade Show Tear-Down to follow (completed by 6:00 pm)

10×10 Booth – $2,250
Premium 10×10 Booth – $2,450
10×10 Corner Booth – $2,450
Premium 10×10 Corner Booth – $2,650
10×20 Booth – $4,200
Premium 10×20 Booth – $4,800
20×20 Booth – $8,400

*If a company/individual wishes to pay by wire transfer, they are responsible to pay all fees related to the wire transfer.

Two exhibitor badges are included per 10×10 booth
Exhibitor Badges Include:

  • Lunch both days
  • Tuesday Trade Show Happy Hour
  • Leadership Dinner / Tuesday Night Themed Dinner not included

Badge information will be collected starting February 22nd and is due March 12th.


Shipping & Loading Dock

All advance shipping should arrive to Freeman Décor Services. Materials will not be accepted by the venue or the Convention. Please see details below to arrange for shipping!

The loading dock is located at the back of the South Building near Halls ABC.  Please use the Martin Grove Rd. entrance to access the Loading Dock – see map for details.

Payment Policy applicable after September 21st: 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and a credit card is required to guarantee. Full payment is due December 15, 2020. Applications submitted after December 15, 2020 must include full payment for booth space. A deposit must be paid in order for your booth to be considered confirmed. No refund of payment will be made after February 1, 2021. If we have not received payment by February 1, 2021 the credit card we have on file will be charged.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note there may be companies soliciting our participants by offering to book their hotel rooms for Together We Care (TWC). TWC has no arrangement with any external organizations and we recommend you book directly with the hotels. Companies who have contacted our participants in the past are:
