50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and a credit card is required for guarantee. Full payment is due January 15, 2019. Applications submitted after January 15, 2019 must include full payment for booth space. A deposit must be paid in order for your booth to be considered confirmed. No refund of payment will be made after March 1, 2019. If we have not received payment by March 1st, 2019 the credit card we have on file will be charged.
