FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL

As we have now closed out TWC 2020, we are ready to open FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL (FROR) for TWC 2021. TWC 2021 will take place Monday, March 22 to Wednesday, March 24 at the Toronto Congress Centre.

This means that you can rebook the same booth from 2020 for the 2021 event.

The 2021 trade show floorplan will be identical to 2020, with sponsor features and seating areas placed in the same locations.

Member Registration: You must be a current member of OLTCA/ORCA at the time of the convention in order to exhibit.  If you are not a member, please contact OLTCA/ORCA to become one.

Payment Policy applicable after September 21st: 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and a credit card is required to guarantee. Full payment is due December 15, 2020. Applications submitted after December 15, 2020 must include full payment for booth space. A deposit must be paid in order for your booth to be considered confirmed. No refund of payment will be made after February 1, 2021. If we have not received payment by February 1, 2021 the credit card we have on file will be charged.

*If a company/individual wishes to pay by wire transfer, they are responsible to pay all fees related to the wire transfer.


Booth space includes: 8′ high black drape and 3′ high side drape (black).
Any additional items (carpet, chairs, tables, hydro, internet etc.) should be ordered directly with the suppliers on the Exhibitor Manual & Services Page.
