*Student rate applies to full-time students currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program from a degree/diploma granting institute, or individuals participating in a trainee program such as a clinical or postdoctoral fellowship.

1. Full Registration Includes:

  • Full Registration includes all education sessions, trade show access, nutrition breaks on both days and the Tuesday Dinner Event. The Leadership Dinner is an extra ticket item. Post-event access to all recorded sessions are included.

2. One Day Only Registration Includes:

  • Tuesday only: includes Tuesday education sessions, trade show access, Tuesday breakfast and lunch. The Tuesday Dinner Event is an extra ticket item. Post-event access to recorded sessions from Tuesday is included.
  • Wednesday only: includes Wednesday education sessions, trade show access, Wednesday breakfast and lunch. Post-event access to recorded sessions from Wednesday are included.

3. Trade Show Only – Pass:

  • Trade Show Only pass includes trade show access and nutrition breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday in the trade show area; does not give access to sessions, social events or recorded presentations.

The venues are committed to delivering a safe experience and are following the guidelines of the provincial government. Safety and cleanliness protocols have been enhanced, so you can focus on your participation in the event. Face coverings are not mandatory (unless mandated in the region at the time of the event). Please feel free to make your own decision regarding face coverings. We want all attendees to feel safe and comfortable. Please note that our speakers will be lecturing without masks so as to not interrupt the experience of the live event. As a condition of your in-person participation at TWC, you are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the Government of Ontario or need to have an approved medical exemption as recognized by the Ontario government through a vaccine certificate for medical exemption. You will also be required to conduct a daily COVID-19 self-screening assessment during your attendance at TWC on all three days, using the Ontario COVID-19 self-assessment tool (the “Rapid Antigen Testing and Self-Screening”).

We ask that if you are feeling unwell, to please not attend the event. We will make sure you receive access to the recordings after.

Cancellation Policy

If notice of cancellation is received by March 1, 2023 a refund less $50 administration fee will be given. If notice of cancellation is received after March 1 and before March 15, a refund less 50% administration fee will be given. After March 15, a replacement delegate is the only option as NO REFUNDS will be processed after that date.
Cancellations must be in writing / received by email with proper documentation and sent to registration@bayleygroup.com.

Registrations are transferable at no additional cost – please provide us with the change at least 24 hours prior to event start.

Refunds by cheque will be processed after completion of the event. All fees are in Canadian Dollars.

The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Conference and the Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
