*This rate applies to full-time students currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program from a degree/diploma granting institute, or individuals participating in a trainee program such as a clinical or postdoctoral fellowship.

We are excited to offer three pre-conference streams, only available the day before the main conference begins. They will focus on the topics of Culinary & Nutrition, Recreation & Environmental, and Clinical & Nursing. These streams are geared towards front-line staff, managers, and department heads.
1. Pre-Conference Includes:
- Access to the pre-conference sessions on Monday, April 4 only, with Opening Keynote Michelle Ray, as well as special concurrent tracks on Culinary & Nutrition, Recreation & Environmental, and Clinical & Nursing.
- Post-event access to recorded sessions on April 4 so you can watch and re-watch them as many times as you like.
2. Two-Day Registration Includes:
- Two-Day registration includes the classic TWC programming sessions during the main conference on Tuesday, April 5 and Wednesday, April 6 including Opening Keynotes, Plenary Sessions and our long term care and retirement specific breakout rooms, plus we are bringing back Unlocking Innovations and the Show Sponsor Showcase for 2022.
- Post-event access to recorded sessions so you can watch and re-watch them as many times as you like.
3. Full Registration Includes:
- Full Conference registration includes pre-conference access on Monday, April 4, with Opening Keynote Michelle Ray, special concurrent tracks on Culinary & Nutrition, Recreation & Environmental, and Clinical & Nursing, PLUS the classic TWC programming sessions during the main conference on Tuesday, April 5 and Wednesday, April 6, including Opening Keynotes, Plenary Sessions and our long term care and retirement specific breakout rooms, plus we are bringing back Unlocking Innovations and the Show Sponsor Showcase for 2022.

Cancellation Policy
An administration fee of 10% applies to all cancellations received by March 25, 2022. NO REFUNDS after March 25. Cancellations must be in writing / received by email with proper documentation and sent to registration@bayleygroup.com.
Registrations are transferable at no additional cost – please provide us with the change at least 24 hours prior to event start.
Refunds by cheque will be processed after completion of the event. All fees are in Canadian Dollars.
NO SHOWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AND WILL BE FULLY CHARGED.

The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Conference and the Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause. Power or internet outages are outside the control of the Conference Secretariat. Should you experience any difficulties in connecting into the program on the event days, you will be aided by the live help desk if possible, and you will have access to the program post event.
