Full Registration Includes:
- All-access to the event platform including the programming sessions on Tuesday, April 20, Wednesday, April 21 and Thursday, April 22.
- Access to the event platform starting March 1st and ending May 21.
- Access to the recorded sessions so you can watch and re-watch them as many times as you like, whenever you’d like before the event platform closes on May 21.
- There is no one-day option.

CANCELLATION POLICY
An administration fee of 10% applies to all cancellations received by April 6, 2021. NO REFUND after April 6. Cancellations must be in writing / received by email with proper documentation and sent to registration@bayleygroup.com
Registrations are transferable at no additional cost – please provide us with the change at least 24 hours prior to event start.
Refunds by cheque will be processed after completion of the event. All fees are in Canadian Dollars.
NO SHOWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AND WILL BE FULLY CHARGED.

The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Conference and the Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause. Power or internet outages are outside the control of the Conference Secretariat. Should you experience any difficulties in connecting into the program on the event days, you will be aided by the live help desk if possible, and you will have access to the program post event.
