Each 10 x 10 Exhibit Space includes 2 complimentary exhibit booth staff passes.
The booth administrator is not counted as one of the complimentary exhibit booth staff passes.
If he/she is also manning the booth, be sure they register separately for an exhibitor pass as well.
50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Full payment is due January 15, 2018. Applications submitted after January 15, 2018 must include full payment for booth space. A deposit must be paid in order for your booth to be considered confirmed. No refund of payment will be made after March 1, 2018. If we have not received payment by March 1st, 2018 the credit card we have on file will be charged.
